We have packaged the brand new XDNewBlue skin and it's now available for download.

Got the languages looking nice now - but of course in earlier versions of DNN - you will see the dropdown menu.  I've been testing in Mac, Opera, Netscape 9, Firefox, IE 6 & 7.
